Our Mission

To establish and empower depository public banks in cities, counties, and the state of Colorado, to advance development of local jurisdictions by reinvesting their tax wealth in their respective communities, providing low cost loans for local small & medium sized business, social needs like affordable housing, education & health care, a clean environment, and infrastructure, and to create a strong and stable economy in Colorado, including by making loans in partnership with community banks and credit unions.
